We always receive a high demand for our Holiday Clubs. Spaces are Limited so please book early enough in order to guarantee your choice of dates.
Session timings: MAIN SESSION 10.00am-4.00pm. For an early drop off and late pick up, wrap around care is available between 8.30am-10.00am and 4.00pm-5.30pm (If Children are collected after 5.30pm then a charge of £10 per child, per 15 minutes will be charged.)
Parents can book single days of childcare at Little Acorns Clubs, however we encourage parents to commit to sending their children to us for more than one day so that they can experience the true benefits of their time with us.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
Upon booking, or shortly after, you will receive an invoice due for payment for all sessions booked. This will be due for payment by the due date shown on your invoice to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your booking please do so in writing with a minimum of 14 days notice from the first day of your booking. A refund will then be issued to you excluding a £25 administration charge. Any sessions cancelled with less than 14 days notice will NOT be eligible for a refund. If payment is not received by the due date on your invoice, your booking will be cancelled and allocated to some one else.
